How to Complete Your Property Listing
Your property listing is automatically created when you become a host. Complete the required information to make it visible to guests.
Important Note
When you become a host, your listing is automatically created. The property title is generated from your location and city. You just need to fill in the required fields in Settings to make your listing visible.
Access Your Admin Settings
After becoming a host, access your admin dashboard:
- Log in to your TrueBookings account
- Navigate to your admin dashboard
- Click on the "Settings" tab in the navigation
- You will see multiple sub-tabs: Basic Info, Pricing, Amenities, Policies, Photos, and Payment Setup
Complete Basic Information
Fill out the essential property details in the "Basic Info" tab:
- Property Type: Select from house, apartment, cabin, villa, room, etc.
- Country: Select the country where your property is located
- Street Address: Enter the full street address (required)
- City: Enter the city name (required — this is used with location to generate your property title)
- Postal Code: Enter the postal code
- Property Description: Write a compelling description highlighting unique features (required)
- Maximum guests: Set the overall guest limit. Max adults, children, infants, and pets are optional
- Bedrooms, Beds, Bathrooms: Specify the exact count
- Check-in & Check-out Times: Set your preferred times
Upload Photos
Add clear photos of every room, outdoor space, and unique feature. Guests decide from pictures first, so quality and coverage matter.
Set Your Pricing
Enter your base nightly rate. You can add weekly or monthly discounts and seasonal ranges later.
Add Amenities
Select the amenities your property actually offers so guests can filter and know what to expect.
Set Policies
Choose cancellation, house rules, and any extra guest or pet rules that apply to stays.
Connect Stripe for Payments
Connect Stripe Express in Payment Setup so guests can pay and you can receive payouts. Listings can be visible before this, but bookings require a connected account.
Required Fields Checklist
Your listing becomes visible once you complete: Property Type, Country, Street Address, City, Property Description, and Base Nightly Rate. Guests can book your rental once you complete the payment setup.
